Charging via Customer Card

START

  • At a charging station without charging cable: Connect the charging cable to the vehicle.
  • Hold your customer card on the card reader to start the charging process.
  • At a charging station without charging cable: Connect the charging cable to the charging station.
  • At a charging station with fixed charging cable: Connect the charging cable to the vehicle.
  • The charging process will start automatically after successful authorisation.

END

  • Hold your customer card on the card reader to end the charging process.
  • Remove the charging cable from the vehicle.

Important note: Unlocking the vehicle can stop the charging process.

Charging via Smartphone

For charging via smartphone you can register here: to the login

START

  • At a charging station without charging cable: Connect the charging cable to the vehicle.
  • Select the desired charging station from the map or list.
  • Press the "START" button.
  • At a charging station without charging cable: Connect the charging cable to the charging station.
  • At a charging station with fixed charging cable: Connect the charging cable to the vehicle.
  • The charging process will start automatically after successful authorisation.

END

  • Press the "STOP" button.
  • Remove the charging cable from the vehicle.

Important note: Unlocking the vehicle can stop the charging process.

Important Note

  • The security check between the vehicle and wallbox can take up to 30 seconds.
  • If the charging process is started via your mobile phone, it must also be terminated via your mobile phone. A combination of different activation methods (customer card, mobile phone) is not possible.
